Cancellation Policy

Please do your best to give me a head’s up of 24 hours if you know that you need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you may be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment’s total value. No-show appointments are subject to up to 100% of the appointment’s total value.

Late Policy

Because my day is carefully scheduled and planned out, it is very important that you let me know if you will be running late to your appointment. Anyone who is 15+ minutes late to their appointment may need to be rescheduled for another time on a different day.

Sometimes, if a day is hectic, I run behind. If I am running behind, I will do my best to notify you as soon as I can to let you know if I need you to come in 15-30 minutes later than initial start time.

Prior to your appointment, I will send you a form to ensure that I have enough time carved out for your appointment, and that you have booked the correct appointment for the service that you have in mind. Please fill this form out to ensure that our appointment goes as smoothly as possible.
